wow I wonder how much they can milk from the mold since there isn't other variants on him, well besides the NAR one.

I Notice the interchangeable feet.

What an interesting choice for the next HMM kit.

I guess this kit makes sense since it is about the size of a CW and hence should be easier to sell in Japan as compared to the large ones (like IK and Red Horn). As for milking the mold, I won't be surprised to see original designs from Koto later on for the Lightning Saix. Kind of like the Molga AA & Carrier.

It looks quite similar to the NJR

I would love they had taken some bigger variation from the original design, its head looks the same one that Tomy ver.

It looks like half NJR and half HMM kitbashed into one "display" Zoid. I only noticed that the back mounted guns are slightly different. Other than that it's just probably a regular NJR with ball joint customisation.

Yes, this Saix seems tto close to the NJR mold for me... Are you sure it is not a custom ? Koto officially announced it ?

To me, the guns and backpack look to be of much better proportion on this HMM Lightning Saix
Does the source mag/website say anything about articulation in the tail?
Looks like it can swing Left-Right, in the second pic.
(I hope it wasn't optical illusion.)

Was also checking koto's website. All the previous hmms as well as the upcoming great sabre and redhorn are featured there but not this one.

This was revealed at Wonder Festival (Winter); supposedly only for merchants/ distributors' viewing before the public show and as usual prohibited photos always leaked out

I dunno,

Not too impressed with the choice of Zoid, never was a big fan of the Saix. I was hoping for a Shadow Fox since more Zero Zoids have started popping up.

It is, however very very nice. As is expected from the HMM line.

Just disapointed in the Zoid not the Kit.

I still think it's just a custom. TT has not been averse to showing mock-ups of certain "planned" products during trade/hobby fairs. It won't be surprising if this turns out to be just another thing in planning, but never to see the light of day.

Oh and yes, Shadow Fox please. I'd buy that and skip everything else..
