i dont know i couldnt stormy's watermark in those pics.
but judging from the background and the way zoids are photographed, im pretty sure those are his pictures.

As long as it is not used for profits. Afterall, many of us are also "guilty" of having images in our signature/ avatars/ scanning magazine images etc.

Oh I see... The seller make use of the photos. But I though Stormy did have the watermark on all his photos, I wonder how did this guy/seller remove the watermark and post...

Lucky those pics are easy to edit the water mark out since theres no zoids parts hidden behind it, so he could just wipe it off and fill it with matching background color, tada and done! lol

Wasn't there a guy who used to use Pheno's photos in eBay auctions?
When people don't use their own photos, it makes me think they're trying to hide something!
Also, I just noticed, if you look carefully at the bottom right, you can see where he's covered the watermark... the colour looks off.

This guy rips off pics from Zoids Corner all the time, he also used mine once and I promptly reported him to eBay. Not very cool at all....

From this incident we can see how closed the zoids circle of friends really are 
Actually I think if the seller had ask for permission for the photo, I will be more than happy to let the seller. But this is just me

Belly, thanks for starting the thread. Those are my pics indeed, and I still have the originals somewhere. It's because of such people that I am disinclined to allow the use of my images on public sites and forums. However I did allow them to be used on ZP because I wanted to help out. I should email Ebay immediately to report this user. If he tries to do this again I will press for a ban.
Big thanks to TCM for telling me via MSN and pointing out the thread, because oddly, I couldn't find it. 
[Edit: Email sent to Ebay SG. I hope they do something about this seller... stealing my pics is NOT cool  ]

On any other type of site I'd be the same, but if they're using it on eBay or another auction site, you don't know if they do really have the item for sale, or are just conning people, especially if they ask to borrow a picture of a rarer Zoid.

I don't mind if my images were used, as long as the watermark or the image was not edited in any way, and permission is sought for beforehand. The auction listing, if any, should clearly state that the image is just representative of the Zoids kit, and I am in no way connected to the seller. I am annoyed that he erased my watermark and also put his OWN userid across the image, thereby claiming it as his/her own. I have sent an email reporting this user, and will also highlight the images he stole from other Zoids websites. Even if he said he will not do it again, there is no stopping the jerk from doing so in the future. I hope Ebay does something.

Most (not all) of my Zoids photos I have under attribution-non commercial-share alike Creative Commons, so I wouldn't want 'em in auctions.
This guy seems to be just image searching or something and using what pops up...a lot of fans are guilty of this for sigs and such, mind. So much ganked Japanese CGI out there in the English-speaking fandom, especially Kadoo's Liger Zeros and that one other dude's Blade Ligers.
His removal of the watermark is even obvious. Fail XD.
