EZ-022, or Gatordus is not a very well known Zoid. A smaller version of Dimetrodon, this is a neat little piece. Construction is simple, stickers are few, but the end result is a nice little spine fin that displays well amongst its reptile brothers. Below is a full construction review of this little beauty.

Gatrodus consists of:

3 Sprues
12 Caps
1 (wind up) Motor
1 lense
2 "Clam shell" pieces
1 Sticker Sheet
1 Pilot

Constructions begins with the motor and frame.

The leg struts are then placed.

The bizarre leg configurations is then assembled, similar to scorpion Zoids.

Next the actual legs are positioned.

The fin and gatling unit are then aligned.

The cockpit is then assembled.

The head is positioned and the unit is complete.

Stickers are placed and the unit is ready for display.

This has been a Zoid.US production. No image may be used without permission. © 2007 -WIKD

I have one OJR and the other from ZMS. This critter makes a good choice for army building. Thanks for the awesome review.

I like this zoid a lot. It has a simple design, but looks great despite being a really old design (20 odd years as it is). Unfortunately, the colour scheme of this variant leaves much to be desired....

Purple Zoids, how scary can that be?  Especially when you already have a purple fuzz T-Rex playing with kids (do you know Barney is???)

Somehow, the colour is very off. The purple is too rich for me. Such a colour is like asking the enemies to hit me. I prefer the ojr colours.

But a great kit to play with.

I have Gator and Gatordus. Love em Both. Well, actually, all four of them.

This Zoid is great for Army Building and he walks REALLY well. One of the best mini-wind walkers I have.

I love paring my Gators with Maiccurtis Units.

My only complaint with this Zoid is the lack of pegs for mounting CP-kits. This guy would have been awesome to have a CP-kit option.
