All things shall come and pass... too long to type. I know know loctor, doesn't matter to me. Will still hunt for a SGD $700 OJR Gilvader at yahoo jp ;)

This discussion has been made before (and will be made again no doubt), but I always think that my collection's "worth" more to me than anyone's ever likely to pay me for it.
Heh, an evening building Zoids is always cheaper than an evening down the pub, albeit slightly more unsociable!

Well, I don't think my Zoid collection is worth more than $50.00, even though I payed more than that total. If this collection is worth more, please tell me!
Molga, Cannonry Molga (Genesis Edition), Gustav (with trailers), Godos, Pteras, Atak Kat, Saicurtis, Brachios, and Gator.

When I first joined ZP, I think I owned about 175 Zoids for my mostly army and casual collection. I'm not a MIB collector, and never planned to be. To date, I've probably added around another 80 Zoids in various stages of loose, or MIB (to be built). Though I do have a few redundant Zoids from LOT purchases that I will probably trade, or consider for customizing efforts.
I've had to give some thought about why it is that I like these things, aside from the fact that I loved them when I was a kid. I think Zoids for me is like model railroading used to be in the 70s and 80s here in the states where nearly every small town had a club where everyone pitched in to create a giant HO scale layout. I'm not really trying to be a giant collection owner ... I just have this goal to build a small NJR army. It's my passion ... or poison ... I suppose. :)

Based on what you'd find the Zoids in my collection listed as, I'd say I barely break 500, if that. If you add on shipping charges, then I might be 600.
Must collect more...
